At Lilly White Cakes, every order is freshly baked and made to order with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been completed and delivered or collected.
However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We take all feedback seriously and will always do our best to make things right. While we are unable to offer refunds, we may, at our discretion, offer a complimentary treat or replacement item as a goodwill gesture.
