All products are freshly baked to order and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment through the methods available at checkout.
5. Delivery & Collection
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes stated at checkout, however these are estimates and not guaranteed. Lilly White Cakes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, including Royal Mail.
For collection orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect at the agreed time.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once orders have been delivered or collected.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. While refunds are not provided, we may offer a complimentary item as a goodwill gesture at our discretion.
7. Product Care & Allergens
Our products are made in environments that may handle common allergens including (but not limited to) gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their dietary requirements.
Products should be stored and consumed as advised. Lilly White Cakes is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery or collection.
8. Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed, as all items are prepared to order.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lilly White Cakes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

All content on this website, including images, branding, and product descriptions, belongs to Lilly White Cakes and may not be used without permission.
