Thank you for shopping with Lilly White Cakes! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. These apply to all purchases made through our online store, including both physical baked goods and digital recipe downloads.

Physical Products

Freshness

All of our bakes are handmade in small batches using quality ingredients. As our products are freshly prepared, slight variations in appearance may occur.

Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including (but not limited to):

Gluten
Milk
Eggs
Soya
Nuts
Peanuts

Please always read the allergen information provided on each product before ordering. If you have any questions regarding allergens, please contact us before placing your order.

Dispatch

Physical orders are dispatched every Thursday unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and are the responsibility of the courier once your parcel has been dispatched.

Cancellations & Refunds

As our products are freshly made to order and are perishable, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless:

your order arrives damaged,
the incorrect item has been supplied, or
you have a statutory right to a refund under UK consumer law.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where appropriate.

Digital Recipe Downloads

Digital Product

Recipe purchases are supplied as a digital download only. No physical product will be posted.

Personal Use

All recipes are sold for personal use only.

Recipes may not be:

copied
redistributed
shared
resold
published
used for commercial resale without written permission from Lilly White Cakes.

Baking Guidance

All recipes are written using an 11 × 15 inch baking tin, producing approximately 20 slices measuring around 3 × 2.75 inches each.

If you're using a different sized tin, Google or ChatGPT can help you adjust the recipe quantities to suit your tin.

Unless otherwise stated, supermarket own-brand ingredients are suitable for all recipes.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, recipe downloads cannot usually be refunded once the download has been provided, except where required under UK consumer law.

If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

All recipe content, photographs, branding and website content remain the intellectual property of Lilly White Cakes.

No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
