Shipping Policy – Lilly White Cakes

1. Overview
All orders from Lilly White Cakes are freshly baked to order and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.


2. Order Cut-Off & Dispatch Schedule
Orders must be placed by 6:00pm every Wednesday for Thursday dispatch.

Any orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed in the following week’s batch.


3. Shipping Method
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Tracking information will be provided where available

  • Please note this is not a guaranteed next-day service


4. Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier. Lilly White Cakes is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other factors outside of our control.


5. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collection with Royal Mail.


7. Damaged or Delayed Orders
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos where applicable

While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds, we will always review each case and may offer a goodwill gesture where appropriate.


8. Collection Option
If you select collection at checkout, you will be provided with details and a collection time. Orders must be collected at the agreed time.
