Due to the perishable nature of our products, Lilly White Cakes does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to assist you.
Delivery & Storage for Bakes

Treats will be posted every Thursday by Royal Mail tracked 24 and should arrive on Friday although they do not guarantee this. Please note - items can be damaged in transit, any issues will need to be resolved with the courier.

Items are hand made to order and can vary from the pictures shown.

Storage : best stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. (Excluding any sponge cake or crispy which is best left in airtight container at room temperature and consumed within 2 days
